Kokedama Workshop | Sept. 14th | Sullivan's Island
Have you ever heard of Kokedama? Chances are you haven't and it's time you have because this is the coolest funkiest way to grow your house plants!
Kokedama literally translates to "moss ball", from “koke” meaning moss, and “dama” meaning ball. These moss balls are a centuries old tradition in Japanese gardening and are a graceful and fun way to grow and show off your house plants with out using a pot. Kokedama is right up alongside bonsai and ikebana in terms of grace, simplicity, elegance, and beauty.
Participants will learn the process and make their own kokedama to take home with them. All materials, supplies, and plants included in ticket.
